aCraquelures brings together several small sculptures made from artisanal and industrial ceramic pieces. Equipped with a motor, each sculpture moves awkwardly in space, creating different sounds. Over time, the imprecise and repetitive movements cause cracks that reveal the patterns of the gestures and their story.
Pascale LeBlanc Lavigne creates imprecise kinetic and sound installations that test their own structure in order to generate poetic transitional forms. Her artworks has been presented in Quebec, Chile, Morocco and Europe. She holds a master's degree in Visual and Media Arts from Université Laval.
