An artwork made with the valuable collaboration of Guillaume Arseneault and the sounds of Roger Tellier-Craig.
Pharmakon is an interactive installation where a printed herbarium acts as a portal to a virtual liminal garden. Through a combination of 3D animation, artificial intelligence and analogue video, the artwork explores the duality between cure and poison in a universe inspired by natural sciences and occult traditions.
Sabrina Ratté creates ecosystems that manifest themselves in different forms: installations, videos, prints, sculptures or virtual reality. Exploring the convergence between technology and biology, the interaction between materiality and virtuality and the speculative evolution of our environment, she depicts worlds devoid of human presence where forgotten vestiges continue to evolve. Her artworks have been exhibited in Montreal, New York, Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai.
